Terms & Conditions

Master Subscription Agreement

This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which theGaon, operated by Techindo Systems Pvt. Ltd., having its principal place of business at Navi Mumbai, India (“theGaon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provides access to and use of:

  1. theGaon website and related domains
  2. theGaon mobile and web applications
  3. Community, content, learning, awareness, engagement, and participation features
  4. Any tools, programs, or services offered under the theGaon ecosystem

Collectively referred to as the “Services” or the “Platform.”

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between You (an individual or legal entity registering or using the Platform) and theGaon and governs access to and use of the Services, whether under a Free, Trial, or Paid plan.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. General Terms

To access the Platform, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information such as your name, email address, contact number, location, and any other details requested during registration.

If you opt for a Paid plan (where applicable), you may also be required to provide billing and payment information. All Personal Data shared by you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. theGaon shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, loss, or security breach related to your account.

You are solely responsible for all content, data, or material submitted, uploaded, or shared through your account (“Your Data”). Any misuse, illegal activity, or violation of this Agreement may result in suspension or termination of access.

You may not:

  1. Create multiple free accounts for the same individual or entity
  2. Impersonate another person or organization
  3. Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes
  4. Attempt to disrupt or compromise Platform security

2. Provision of Services

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the Services; however, access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

theGaon reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Fees paid (if any) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. theGaon and Your Data

You retain ownership of Your Data. theGaon does not claim ownership over content you submit.

We may access Your Data only:

  1. To provide or improve the Services
  2. To resolve technical or support issues
  3. When required by law

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and content regulations.

4. Fair Usage Policy

The Platform is intended for genuine community engagement, learning, awareness, and participation.

You shall not use the Platform to:

  1. Spread misinformation or harmful content
  2. Collect personal data of others without consent
  3. Promote illegal activities, scams, or deceptive schemes
  4. Abuse, harass, or exploit other users

theGaon reserves the right to impose usage limits, suspend access, or remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

theGaon may integrate with third-party services or tools. Use of such services is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.

theGaon does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability.

6. Data Privacy

Your Personal Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

7. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)

  1. Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annual
  2. Payments must be made using approved payment methods
  3. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  4. theGaon may revise pricing with prior notice

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or downgrade of Services.

All taxes, duties, or levies applicable to payments are your responsibility.

8. Subscription, Cancellation, and Opt-Out

  1. Free Plans: Continue until account deletion
  2. Paid Plans: Valid until the end of the billing cycle

To cancel a Paid subscription, you must contact connect@techind.co at least seven (7) days prior to renewal.

Upon expiry, accounts may be downgraded to a Free plan.

9. Confidentiality

All confidential information, including Personal Data and non-public Platform information, shall not be disclosed outside the scope of this Agreement, except as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Platform, including design, software, content structure, and branding, is owned by theGaon or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purposes.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from using the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless theGaon against claims arising from:

  1. Violation of this Agreement
  2. Misuse of the Platform
  3. Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

13. Limitation of Liability

theGaon’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and other posted policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and theGaon.

18. Notices and Communication

All notices shall be electronic.

19. Modifications

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
